Heart & FloW (50/60 min)

 

Suitable for all levels, this yoga class marries strength and flexibility, fitness and flow, and breath with movement. With a focus on quieting the mind and connecting to the heart, you'll leave feeling bright, blissful, and ready to take on the mother lovin' world (or at least your grumpy boss). All poses can be modified based on your needs.


Slow Flow (60 min)

 

CALLING ALL SERIAL CHILLERS. This gentle yoga class is the most laidback of our classes. Your instructor will guide you through a carefully curated sequence of postures, where you'll take the time to pause, pay attention, and really focus on connecting breath to movement. Be prepared to seriously chill.


Power Bright (50/60 min)

 

Breathe deeply. Flow gracefully. Get nice and sweaty. In this class, instructors will safely lead you through a creative power vinyasa sequence which will leave you feeling both worked out and blissed out. While poses can be modified to suit each individual, this class moves at a quicker pace than our other flow classes, and therefore, some yoga experience is suggested.


Yoga STRETCH (60 Min)

 

Stretch it out! Perfect for any level, this class is taught in the Iyengar style of yoga. As our only non-flow class, your instructor will guide you through a gentle sequence where you will pause in each posture, focus on alignment, and achieve the ultimate stretch.


Chair Yoga* (60 Min)

 

It's yoga. With a CHAIR! In this super gentle class, you will move through a series of stretches and postures all while using a chair to help with balance and stability. This form of yoga is easy on the joints, and offers a world of benefits including improved strength and flexibility, a relaxed mind and body, reduced stress, increased mental clarity, and general bad-ass status.
